Privacy Policy

DisputeDriver is operated by THE TFBA LLC.

Last updated October 20, 2026.

THE TFBA LLC, doing business as DisputeDriver, Flushing, New York, runs disputedriver.com and our apps. This policy says what we collect, why, who sees it and how to delete it. We do not sell your information.

We never ask for your full Social Security number.

2. How we use it, and where AI comes in

We use your information only to run your account and the services you choose, to keep the app secure, to answer you, and to meet our legal duties.

AI. We use an AI service (Anthropic) to:

  • read the credit reports you upload into a list of accounts, scores, names and addresses;
  • read the letters the bureaus and companies send back, to note what they decided;
  • draft follow-up letters for our team to check;
  • answer chat questions about the app.

Your photo ID and Social Security digits are never sent to the AI. Numbers shaped like a Social Security number are removed from what the AI writes. Anthropic processes this data for us under its commercial terms and does not use it to train its models.

A person on our team checks every letter before we mail it for you. Nothing the AI does decides anything about you on its own.

3. Who we share it with
