Terms of Service
DisputeDriver is operated by THE TFBA LLC.
Last updated October 20, 2026.
1. Who we are and who can use DisputeDriver
DisputeDriver is run by THE TFBA LLC, a New York limited liability company, Flushing, New York ("we", "us"). These terms apply to disputedriver.com, our apps and every service in them. By creating an account you agree to them.
- You must be at least 18 and live in the United States.
- You use DisputeDriver only for your own credit file, never someone else's.
- Keep your sign-in private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@disputedriver.com if you think someone else got in.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account, then Delete my account). Orders and signed agreements are kept as business records; see the Privacy Policy.
2. Our services
Signing up is free. You can read your credit report in the app and see your scores without paying.
Membership (dispute it yourself). $25 a month, charged at the end of each month for that month, never in advance. It starts when you get your first dispute letters, and you agree to it in the app at that moment. The app helps you find possible errors and drafts letters for the items you say are wrong; you sign and mail them yourself.
Work with a specialist. Our team mails your disputes and follows up for you, and guides you through building credit and business setup. It is covered by a separate service agreement you sign in the app, with the price, a disclosure statement and a 3-business-day right to cancel. That agreement controls if it differs from these terms.
LLC filing. A one-time purchase: we prepare and file your LLC's formation papers with the state from the details you give us.
What we can't do. No one can legally remove accurate, current and verifiable information from a credit report. We do not guarantee any result, score, approval or funding. Results depend on the bureaus and the companies that report your accounts.
Your right to do it yourself, free. You can dispute inaccurate information directly with Equifax, Experian and TransUnion at no cost. You don't need us or any company to do it.
3. Payments, cancelling and refunds
- We never charge for a service before its work is done.
- Membership: billed each month for the month of service just completed. Cancel any time in Account; nothing more is charged. In the iPhone and Android apps, the membership is billed and cancelled through Apple or Google.
- Work with a specialist: charged as the service agreement says, after each piece of work is done. You can cancel within 3 business days of signing for any reason, at no cost, and end the service at any time after that from your order.
- LLC filing: the state fee and our fee are shown and approved by you before filing, and charged after it is filed.
- If you think we charged you by mistake, email support@disputedriver.com within 60 days and we will look into it.
4. Using DisputeDriver honestly
- Tell us only what is true. Never use DisputeDriver to dispute information you know is accurate as if it were wrong, to make a false identity theft claim, or to get a new credit identity. We will refuse and may close the account.
- Don't misuse the app: no scraping, no trying to get into other accounts, no uploading files that aren't yours to share or that carry malware.
AI tools. Parts of DisputeDriver use AI to read your credit report and the letters you upload, and to draft letters. Our team checks letters before they are mailed for Work with a specialist; for the membership you check your own letters before you send them. The chat assistant answers questions about the app. It does not give legal or financial advice, and neither do we.
Offers from partners. The Build tab may show credit cards, credit builders and other products from partners who pay us when you sign up. We say so next to each offer. Applying is your choice, with the partner, on its terms.
Messages. By creating an account you agree that we may contact you by email and in-app notifications about your account and orders.
5. Legal terms
The app as it is. We work to keep DisputeDriver accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties.
Limit of liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits your rights under the Credit Repair Organizations Act, New York law or any other law that can't be waived; any waiver of those rights is void.
Disputes with us. Tell us first at support@disputedriver.com and we will try to fix it within 30 days.
Governing law. New York law, and federal law where it applies.
Changes. We may update these terms. For a material change we will tell you in the app or by email at least 30 days before it applies. A change never affects a service agreement you already signed.
